1. Services Provided

Abhilasha Job Consultancy provides healthcare staffing and consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Hospital and Clinic Legal Documentation
• Staff Recruitment and Placement
• NABH Accreditation Assistance
• Various healthcare facility registrations and certifications

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
• Cooperate with our consultants during the recruitment or certification process
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Candidate Responsibilities

Job candidates using our services agree to:

• Provide truthful information about qualifications and experience
• Attend scheduled interviews and appointments
• Notify us promptly of any changes in availability or status
• Not misrepresent credentials or engage in fraudulent activity

4. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure is as follows:

• Consultation fees are due upon engagement of services
• Placement fees are due upon successful hiring of candidates
• Certification/registration fees vary by service and will be quoted in advance

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information
• Candidate personal and professional details
• All proprietary information shared during our engagement

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent.

6. Guarantee Policy

For placement services:

• We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee for candidates who leave voluntarily
• No refunds will be provided after placement
• Guarantee does not apply to terminations for cause

For certification services, we guarantee proper filing but cannot guarantee approval which depends on regulatory review.

7. Limitation of Liability

Abhilasha Job Consultancy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Performance issues with placed candidates beyond our control
• Delays in certification/registration due to government processing
• Acts or omissions of clients or candidates

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• Clients remain responsible for fees for services already rendered
• Outstanding balances must be paid within 15 days of termination
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
